Return Eligibility and Reporting

  • 24-Hour Reporting Window: Any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
  • Why Early Reporting Matters: Reporting any return request within 24 hours helps us process your request quickly and coordinate a refund or replacement without delay.
  • Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the package condition and contents is required to process claims for damaged, defective, or missing items.
  • Product Condition: Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
    • All electronic items.
    • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after receipt.
    • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable in the product description.

Refund Process

  • Inspection and Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return is approved or rejected. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
  • Missing Items: If a missing item cannot be fulfilled following verification, a refund for the missing item will be issued.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Rejections

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Using a trackable shipping service is strongly recommended.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
  • Refused or Failed Deliveries: If a parcel is rejected or refused upon delivery, or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or absent recipient, twice the original shipping charge (forward and reverse shipping costs) plus incurred shipping expenses will be deducted from any eligible refund.
